The cap is convex with depressed centre and becoming undulating with age, pale clay pink, pale buff to pale salmon and sulcate at the margin. The flesh is thin and of the same colour as the cap while the gills are far apart with many short intermediates and pale vinaceous or concolorous with the cap. This attractive fungus can be found at FRIM and in lowland dipterocarp rainforests in Peninsular Malaysia.
