Large-spotted Slender-toed Gecko has yellow or pinkish brown networking line isolating pairs of large round dark brown or black spots on the head and back, the bold dark band around the back of the head and widened scales under the tail and the seven to nine preanal pores arranged in a wide angle. It lives at hill areas at moderate altitude such as in dense vegetation and leaf litter among tree buttresses in evergreen forest.
