Description
Specked Forest Skink is characterized by its moderate size, a broad, somewhat flattened body and keeled scales. Juveniles are steely blue-grey with a bronze head and white neck lines; mature adults are brown with speckled flanks and orange throat. It inhibits in open deciduous forest, it is scarce or hand to see in evergreen forest. It preys on insects, spiders and other small prey. The female lays 3 or 4 eggs underground in April and during rainy season, juveniles will appear.
