White-spotted Slug Snake has a white or yellow nuchal collar may be present. The body is compressed with smooth scales and the vertebrals are not enlarged. This species inhabits evergreen forests in hilly country up to 1,640m. It preys on snails and slugs. Hatchlings are 7-10cm long. It occurs from southern China to northern Peninsular Malaysia.
