The given variable is not an array and contains a null value.
Harpactes kasumba or the red-naped trogon has a diagnostic red nape and is a medium-sized trogon measuring around 33 cm long. In comparison, the male red-naped trogon has a black head, whereas the female has a brown head with orange underparts. This species occurs in Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo and can be found in primary and mature secondary rainforest, restricted to lowland below 600 m at elevation. It is quite common locally although it is scarce. It can be seen when it sits quietly at mid-storey or located by a series of six to seven slow notes, kaup, kaup, kaup… It is quite hard to observe this species unless it flies out to hawk for insects. Due to its restricted range at low elevation and rapid deforestation in lowland areas, this species is categorised as near threatened in the IUCN Red List.
