The given variable is not an array and contains a null value.
Otus sagittatus is the largest scops owl measuring around 27 cm. It is commonly known as White-fronted Scops Owl or Jampuk Kening Putih in Malay (Jeyarajasingam & Pearson, 2012). True to its name, this scops owl species has a broad, whitish forehead, eyebrows and bill with the superciliary stripe extending to its ear-tufts. It has round eyes with brown iris and the wings are round with some darker and paler brown bars. This species mainly feeds on moths and is highly dependent on lowland rainforests where it can be found in Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand. It is being listed as a Vulnerable species as the population is declining rapidly comparably due to logging which caused forest degradation and fragmentation and also due to forest conversion for agriculture (IUCN, 2018; Jeyarajasingam & Pearson, 2012).
