Snout of Whitespotted Eagle Ray is moderately long and broadly rounded. It has spiracles dorsolateral on head with nasal curtain V-shaped; teeth in a single row in both jaws and chevron shaped. The disc colour is dark brown dorsally with numerous white spots and pale ventrally. The maximum size is 330 cm disc width.
