Description
Mangrove Whistler is a mangrove bird belongs to family Pachycephalidae. Its size can reach up to 17 cm in length. This species has greyish-brown upperparts, whitish throat and belly with greyish breast. It can be found all along the coast and on many adjacent islands but also extends into coastal scrub behind the tidal zone. It feeds mainly on insects (Strange & Jeyarajasingam, 1993).
