Description
Light Blue Featherlegs is a species of damselfly in family Platycnemididae. Its hindwings may measure up to 21.5 mm while its abdomen and anal appendage is measure about 34 mm. This damselfly is larger than other species. It has clear white bands on its thorax, white legs and strongly flattened. This species is commonly found on shady ponds and at forested swamps in lowlands and it is widespread in tropical Asia (Orr, 2005).
