Leucauge celebesiana, commonly known as celebes Leucauge is a species of spider belonging to the family Tetragnathidae. It has a pair of lateral yellow-green bands on its abdomen. The abdomen is white and yellow-green sides with black stripes separating the white from the coloured flanks. This is a colourful and distinctive spider like many of its congeners. Its body length excluding legs is about 13 mm. This spider constructs a web inclined at 45° and several individuals usually build these webs close together. This species is widespread in Brunei, Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, India, China and Japan.
