Description

Plectostoma sciaphilum is a type of land snail species in the family Diplommatinidae. This species was known only from a single locality, which is at Bukit Panching, Pahang in Peninsular Malaysia. In the mid-2000, quarrying has removed the karst habitat and the survey being done have declared that this species is now extinct.
