The cap of this fungus is ivory with a pale buff depressed centre and yellowish to pale buff scales towards the striate margin. Its flesh is white and thin while the ivory gills are crowded. This fungus is one of the more common fungi in the FRIM grounds and can be found growing under many different dipterocarp species.
