Phintella versicolor is also known as multicoloured Phintella. Males are slightly bigger than females. The male size is between 5 mm to 7 mm while the female size is between 5 mm to 6 mm. It shows a different characteristic between male and female. This spider is often seen on green leaves at disturbed areas. This species is widespread in China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hawaii.
