Description

Richetia acuminatissima is a species of large emergent tree in family Dipterocarpaceae that can reach 2 m diameter. It commonly known as Seraya Kuning Runcing or Lun Runcing. This species is endemic to Borneo. It occurs on low hills up to the 1,600 m altitude in the mixed dipterocarp forests in Sabah and Sarawak (Yong et al., 2011).
