The given variable is not an array and contains a null value.
This Streamside Skink is slender but not elongated, the limbs are well developed and the tail is almost twice the body length. A dark flank stripe, increasingly spotted with age, is characteristic, as are the concave rostral scale, the transparent lower eyelid and 38-42 mid-body scale rows. The undersurfaces are normally creamy white but during the breeding season, near the end of the rains, the venter becomes yellow while the underside of the tail becomes orange. This skink is commonly seen near streams in forested hill areas, foraging on rocks, sandy gravel or leaf litter. It feeds crickets, spiders, moths and other small invertebrates. Clutches of 4 or 5 eggs are laid by females.
