Kajian yang dijalankan di Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya ini adalah bagi menyediakan input dalam penyediaan pelan pengurusan kepelbagaian biologi bandar. Tiga komponen utama ialah kajian kemalangan jalan raya melibatkan hidupan liar, kajian pengesanan pathogen berkait vektor arthropod (Diptera: Culicidae dan Simuliidae) dan kajian kekayaan spesies kelawar di Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya.

Kajian ini adalah di bawah Bahagian Pengurusan Biodiversiti dan Perhutanan (BBP), Kementerian Air, Tanah dan Sumber Asli dengan kerjasama Perbadanan Putrajaya (PPj) dan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
